Meet Exciting News: Alicia Steps into New Role as Assistant Manager for Thamesville and Thamesville East
We’re pleased to announce that Alicia has accepted a newly developed role as Assistant Manager for our Thamesville and Thamesville East locations at AGRIS Co-operative.
In her new position, Alicia will help lead operations at both sites while continuing to support agronomy logistics within the Chatham-Kent hub and manage inbound railcar logistics across AGRIS locations. Her proven leadership, deep understanding of logistics, and commitment to team success make her a perfect fit for this expanded role.
Alicia previously served as our Agronomy Logistics Coordinator, where she played a key role in ensuring efficient and timely product movement throughout our supply chain.
Fun fact: Once Thamesville East opens, AGRIS will operate 10 fertilizer plants, increasing our total fertilizer storage capacity from 18,000 MT to 22,000 MT—further strengthening our ability to serve farmer-owners across the region.
Please join us in congratulating Alicia on this well-deserved promotion!
Co-operatively yours,
Jeff Meredith
