AGRIS Co-operative Ltd. has an opportunity for a motivated customer service manager to join our team at our Stoney Point Energy Branch. As the customer service manager, you will have the opportunity to provide support to our customers and the Energy Team provide petroleum services across our communities to enhance our farm owner profitability.
What will you be responsible for:
- Provide and promote an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
- Understanding and supporting overall energy branch operation, administrative functions, as well as the energy branch and individual sales targets.
- Handle all customer requests, orders for products and services in a timely manner in accordance with the procedures and values of the AGRIS Energy Department, as well as initiate any actions or communications with the Energy team as required to effect timely delivery.
- Ensure all products ordered or shipped are properly invoiced.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are on hand to support customer purchasing in consultation with the manager as required.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of deliveries to result in maximum utilization and quality customer service.
- Maintains a clean and attractive environment in the retail area.
- Understands and follows AGRIS Co-operative health & safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Extended hours, as required, during the busy season.
Requirements for this Job:
- Maintain a valid drivers license
- Computer literacy
