Welcome Ahmed Atteya

Ahmed Atteya, Customer Service Manager, AGRIS - Brigden
We are pleased to welcome Ahmed Atteya to AGRIS Co-operative at our Brigden location.
Ahmed and his family moved to Canada in 2019, so he could pursue a career in agriculture, and as he said, “This is not just a job; it’s a profession of hope and love and a noble message for all humans. Farmers make a positive impact on those around them and are passionate about what they do; this is one of the reasons I left a different business sector to pursue my dream for many years.”
Ahmed has a Bachelor Degree in economics from the Benha University in Egypt and an Associate Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus. He is also a certified project management and risk management professional.
Ahmed also worked for AGRIS last summer at one of our other locations, thus bringing some practical knowledge with him.
Ahmed enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going on adventures and exploring new things. They have travelled to many countries and have had a great deal of fun. Their next adventure is to go skydiving once the COVID pandemic is over.
